Edit User Panel

The Edit User panel is used to edit information for existing employees in the XtreamService application. Using this section, basic information, such as the employee's role, the dealerships to which the employee has access, or whether the employee can view gross profit information, can be updated. Additionally, employee records can be unlocked and new passwords can be generated using this panel.

To access the Edit User panel, select an employee record in the Results section on the Search Criteria panel on the User Management screen.

After settings for the selected employee have been updated, click the (Save) icon to save the changes.

To generate a new password for the selected employee, click the (Generate Password) icon. The Generate Password window displays, where the employee's new password can be viewed and sent to the employee in an Email message.
